Rebuilt how Fold got product approved across a dozen outside partners and vendors - direct contacts, documentation they didn't have to ask for, and a shared map of the app. Approvals went from weeks to days, with no more surprise scrambles.
Reworked Fold's referral program so bonuses paid out on real usage rather than a claimed card, and took an affiliate channel from zero to one with major names in bitcoin media. In peak months it drove ~20% of new growth.
